Distinguish the different types of house music
 

Hi everyone,

First of all, I hope i'm posting at the right place.

House music is quite old but keeps evolving and growing ! However, I'm getting a bit lost with all the types of house music :

- Classic House (are there still Classic House producers ?)
- Deep House
- Minimal
- Future House
- Bass House
- Tropical / Summer House
- Afro House
- Big Room House
- Electro House
- Progressive House
- Nu-Disco or Disco House

I'm interested in how you distinguish all these types of house music for my general knowledge and to better tag my files in my computer :)

Also, where do you put EDM in all this mess :ab:
